This beautiful personalised new baby name plaque will make a special gift for a new baby or christening.  A beautiful and unique gift that will be treasured.

The wooden plaque measures approx 23 x 9 cm and says: “We made a wish and you came true”.   The three decorative hearts are each personalised with: the date of birth, baby’s name and weight.

If you don't want or know the weight the name will be on the first big heart and the date on the 3rd heart 2nd heart will be blank with white dots

Each item is hand painted, varnished and made to order so please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
