Delivery & Returns

Delivery Charge 

There is a standard delivery charge of £3.99. We use various services, depending on the weight and size of the product and items orders will either be sent via royal mail 1st class (1-2 days) or standard parcels (3-5 days) for the heavier items - you will be notified when to expect your order, on despatch.  Large orders are sometimes sent via courier. 

Sometimes bespoke orders may carry an additional postage cost - but this will be communicated to you at the time of enquiry.  If you require your item urgently please enquire.

Standard Delivery Times

Non personalised items.

To enable us to provide a wide of choice of products (in various colours, sizes and fonts) we can only stock certain items.  Stocked products will be despatched within 2-3 days, but non-stock products (excluding personalised items) can take up to 10 days.

Stocked products include keepsake frames, baby casting kits & frames, mirror wall letters (only come sizes and fonts), mirror wall shapes (5cm - 20cm), nursery acessories and gifts and pewter christening gifts.  Stock levels are constantly changing, which may sometimes result in a delay (if waiting for a new delivery) but you will be informed immediately of this, should it be the case.

Non-stocked products include acrylic letters / door names which are cut to order.  Therefore please allow 10 days for delivery of these.

Personalised items.

All personalised items including fingerprint jewellery, wall letters, name frames and name canvases are made to order. Please allow 14 days for despatch.  If you have an urgent requirement, please email us before purchase and we will advise whether or not we can meet it.   

Other Delivery Information

 We currently only deliver to the UK.   Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order.  For Keep’s Sake shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Christmas Delivery Times

If your order is for a Christmas present, please email before purchase to ensure that we can meet with the required delivery date.  This is particularly important for personalised items, which are made to order.

Returns & Cancellations

It is important to us that you are happy with your order.  Therefore, if you wish to return an unwanted non-personalised and non-made to order product purchased from For Keep’s Sake, you have 7 working days to do so, from the date of delivery and must follow the returns procedure below.  In the case of returning an unwanted item, we will not be able to provide a refund for any postage costs incurred (including the original postage costs from the order).

The returned goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent i.e. unused and resalable state.  It is your obligation to ensure that goods are returned within their original box and packing – packing being extremely important as all of our products are fragile.

Goods that can not be returned unless faulty:

  • Keepsake Frames are made to order, we therefore can not accept returns.
  • Personalised goods can not be returned, as they are made to order.  We can not offer refunds for these.  If however, you wish to cancel the order prior to us making it, we will be able to do so.  If we have started making it however, we will not be able to provide a refund.Cancellations for non-personalised products can be made at any point prior to dispatch.

Faulty Products

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 24 hours of delivery.  Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. Faulty products must not be destroyed or disposed of – they must be returned to us, following the standard returns procedure below.

Returns Procedure

  1. Notify us via email of the wish to return a product, including the order number, your name and contact details and the reason for return
  2. Once we have confirmed receipt of your request, please send the unwanted goods back to us.
  3. Please note the goods are your responsibility until we are back in receipt of them.  Therefore you should ensure adequate packaging to prevent damage in transit
  4. Goods need to be returned via registered post and proof of purchase must be obtained -If the goods get lost in transit and you do not have this, you will not be able claim compensation from Royal Mail
  5. We will confirm receipt of your return via email and refunds will be made via original method of payment within 28 days.
  6. For faulty items that require a replacement, we will endeavour to send the replacement within 7 days, but this depends wholly on stock levels.  If we are unable to provide a replacement within 28 days, we will advise of the anticipated delivery time and offer a refund if this is not suitable. We will refund postage costs for delivery and return of faulty products.
