Delivery Coverage
We currently only deliver to the UK. Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. For signed for items please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Postage
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
Standard Delivery Times
We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries and sometimes use couriers. We aim to deliver non-personalised products within five to seven working days, following clearance of funds. For personalised products, which are made to order, please allow up to 15 working days following clearance of funds. If you have an urgent requirement, please email us before purchase and we will advise whether or not we can meet it.
Christmas Delivery Times
If your order is for a Christmas present, please email before purchase to ensure that we can meet with the required delivery date. This is particularly important for personalised items, which are made to order.
Force Majeure
For Keep’s Sake shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Returns & Cancellations
It is important to us that you are happy with your order. Therefore, if you wish to return an unwanted non-personalised product purchased from For Keep’s Sake, you have 7 working days to do so, from the date of delivery and must follow the returns procedure below. In the case of returning an unwanted item, we will not be able to provide a refund for any postage costs incurred (including the original postage costs from the order).
The returned goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent i.e. unused and resalable state. It is your obligation to ensure that goods are returned within their original box and packing – packing being extremely important as all of our products are fragile.
** Personalised goods can not be returned, as they are made to order. We can not offer refunds for these. If however, you wish to cancel the order prior to us making it, we will be able to do so. If we have started making it however, we will not be able to provide a refund.Cancellations for non-personalised products can be made at any point prior to dispatch.
Faulty Products
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 24 hours of delivery. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. Faulty products must not be destroyed or disposed of – they must be returned to us, following the standard returns procedure below.
